Ortus Regni was lucky enough to return to the World’s Largest Gaming Convention this year – Gen Con Indy 2015 !
Wonderful Con, wonderful organization, and tens and tens and tens of thousands of great people playing every game under the sun (and the moon).
Besides adding some decorative flourishes to our game room… the big news for Ortus Regni was the soft release of our new software.

There was also the “early bird” release of 7 small Ortus Regni variant game mats (11 x 17 inch mats). They will be coming to the online store soon, and will be available as a bundle at a reduced price.
Each mat has a very simple ruleset that both subtly and dramatically changes the strategies and tactics you will need to win. Importantly, all the normal Earl Card rules and basic game mechanisms of Ortus Regni are used when playing with one (or more!) of these new variant mates. It was a great visit to Gen Con and we all hope that we get a chance to go back again :)
